New Jersey Legislature Bill S-2228

This is the bill that the Lakewood Vaad asked everyone to support:

Enjoy the legalese!

Is This Blog Dead?

No. The peril of being non-anonymous is that one actually has to think of the ramifications of what one posts, and inane fluffery or insane rambling doesn't make the grade. I had a few posts in mind, including one about the fancy-schmancy Lakewood houses (I have no problem with big, but I think that they should be ugly), and they won't come before they do!

Do you mean you don't, think they should be ugly?

You've posted about that before, though not in great depth.

No, they should be ugly, or at least plain and not ostentatious.

How true.
We seem to have forgotten we are in Galus, not to mention the over-emphasis on Gashmius.

Interesting blog!

We've been through this before. Most people in Lakewood cannot afford to use their name in their blog because of the harmful effect it may have on their chances of getting their children into school.

An "Ishur" will not convince those running the school to take their children in. I don't know what the state of your children are, but I find it odd that you are not concerned.

Blogging Equivalent

I understand that in Yerushalaim, anyone who wants to make his views about anything known, can shell out some shekel to a printer, and post it for the world to see.
